SAVE THE DATE: Summer in the City Reception July 18th and our Annual Champions for Justice Dinner 2019

World Refugee Day June 20th

Shine a light with National Justice For Our Neighbors on World Refugee Day! Join the National Candlelight Vigil on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 7:30pm.

Every minute, 20 people leave everything behind to escape war, persecution, or terror. Light a candle — at your home, with your neighbors, with your faith group to symbolically show support for those seeking refuge.
As part of the awareness, we will share information on current challenges, refugee bills on the Hill, and our work. World Refugee Day is a chance to show that the global public stands with refugees and this year marks a key moment for people to show support for families forced to flee.
Share your photos using #WorldRefugeeDayJFON to join the Candlelight Vigil from wherever you are, then consider donating to Northern Illinois Justice For Our Neighbors so we can continue to provide legal services to our immigrant neighbors.
